Role-
· Be kind and friendly when taking calls and directing them.
· Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
· Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
· Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
· Tele calling to the customer /fix client meeting & maintain Excel sheet for the same.
· Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English, Hindi & Punjabi
