Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a polite and professional manner
  • Manage front desk operations including handling walk-ins, phone calls, and inquiries
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the concerned departments
  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
  • Handle courier, postal, and dispatch activities
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in meeting arrangements
  • Maintain office registers, records, and basic documentation
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and coordination
  • Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and a positive atmosphere at the reception area
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification (any discipline)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly
  • Well-organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset.
