A professional and friendly female receptionist to organize and manage the front desk on a daily basis and to perform varied administrative and clerical tasks.
The first person our visitors and clients will interact with, so excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Manage appointment schedules for meetings or interviews
- Coordinate the guests/ visitors meeting with the appropriate person
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties
- Graduate resource with proven work experience of minimum 2 years as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Solid verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
