Job Description: Front Office Executive. Bakson Group is well equipped to provide a high quality of personalized care for all your health and medical requirements. We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our homeopathic medical clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations at the front desk. Key Responsibilities: Greet and Welcome Patients: Warmly welcome patients and visitors upon arrival. Provide information about the clinic's services and answer initial inquiries. Manage Appointments: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments. Maintain an organized appointment calendar for practitioners. Handle Communications: Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally. Respond to emails and messages in a timely manner. Patient Records Management: Register new patients and update existing patient information. Ensure confidentiality and security of patient data in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Billing and Payments: Process patient payments and provide receipts. Assist with insurance claims and billing inquiries as needed. Administrative Support: Assist practitioners with administrative tasks. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Maintain Reception Area: Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized. Display informational brochures and maintain a welcoming environment. Qualifications: Minimum Graduation or equivalent diploma required. Additional certification in office administration is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service. Freshers with good communications skills can also apply for this position. Experience in a medical or wellness setting is preferred. Skills: Good communication skills. (English mandatory) Proficient in Microsoft. (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with scheduling and medical record software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
