We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Fixing up appointments for consultation for OA and CA treatment.
Preparing case sheets and arranging for X-ray.
Coordinating with doctors for consultations and maintaining records.
Maintaining files/records including case sheets and X-rays.
Preparing pre-treatment summaries on patient request.
Tracking OA and CA patients' treatment charges.
Preparing appointment lists and sending them to concerned departments.
Updating time slots periodically and sending hard copies to the concerned department.
Coordinating with Doctors, Physiotherapists, Accounts & Admin for post-treatment formalities and making follow-up calls for patient reviews.
Periodically checking suggestion boxes and handing over feedback forms to CAO.
Updating Accounts Manager & COO regarding payment status of OA and CA patients through mail.
Maintaining housekeeping attendance.
