Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, patients, and clients in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front-desk records
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations
  • Handle check-ins/check-outs, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Manage courier services, mail handling, and document filing
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, record keeping, and updating databases
  • Ensure excellent customer experience through prompt and courteous service

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure professionally
  • Customer handling and problem-solving abilities
