Front Office Executive (Receptionist)

As a Floral Shop Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by warmly welcoming walk-in customers and understanding their needs to suggest suitable bouquets. You will also be required to collect telephonic and online orders, respond promptly, and ensure timely fulfillment. Coordinating with the bouquet production team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and maintaining an attractive and clean shop display are crucial aspects of this role. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating with external vendors such as florists and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations. Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction is a key part of this position. You will also need to submit daily reports to the management on billing and stock details and work on improving the shop's social media presence by posting regularly on various platforms. To excel in this role, you should possess computer operation knowledge, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, good communication and coordination skills, familiarity with POS systems and inventory tracking, and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences. While a basic knowledge of flowers, bouquets, and floral arrangements is desired, training will be provided by a social media expert to enhance your skills.
