The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, handling administrative duties, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and departments. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and handle inquiries efficiently. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters, etc.). Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms. Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry. Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security protocols for guests. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations. Handle basic billing or cash handling at the reception (if required). Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or administrative roles. Graduate in any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Well-groomed, polite, and confident personality. Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in hospitality, corporate offices, or service industries. Knowledge of front desk systems or visitor management software. Customer service orientation with a professional approach.
