Job Description

Responsibilities

Greet students, parents, and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Manage student records and update databases as required.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist in organizing school events and activities.
Maintain front office supplies and ensure an organized workspace.
Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
Previous experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations professionally.
