Job Description

Qualification:

  • Degree in any discipline

    OR

  • Diploma / Degree in

    Hotel Management / Hospitality Management

Experience:

  • 13 years of experience in hotel front office operations
  • Freshers with Hotel Management qualification may also apply
  • Knowledge of PMS (Opera / IDS / eZee / similar systems) preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage reservations and update guest details in PMS
  • Attend guest queries, requests, and complaints courteously
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments
  • Ensure billing accuracy, cash handling, and shift reports
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office area
  • Follow hotel SOPs, safety, and security guidelines
  • Promote hotel services to enhance guest experience

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication skills (English & local language)

  • Presentable appearance with pleasant personality

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic computer and PMS knowledge
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
