Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Ambattur. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, greeting clients and visitors, managing phone calls, coordinating appointments, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves handling various front office administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and Front Office tasks
  • Proficient in Customer Service and client interaction
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in office management or related fields are a plus
