Job Description

Front Office Executive – College Campus | Whitefield, Bangalore

Organization: Jain University School of Allied Healthcare & Science

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, students, and parents at the front desk.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and route queries to the right department.
  • Maintain attendance, visitor, and courier records.
  • Support student counselling, admission coordination, and campus tours.
  • Prepare Excel reports, feedback summaries, and maintain office files.
  • Coordinate small events, student activities, and staff programs.
  • Assist with day-to-day office administration and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a front office or administrative role (education industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Friendly personality, well-organized, and proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
