Job Description

We are looking for a courteous and professional Front Office Executive to manage our reception area. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a positive experience while assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees.
Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department, and take messages as needed.
Manage the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable.
Schedule appointments, maintain visitor logs, and handle correspondence.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Provide information and assistance to visitors regarding the company's services and policies.
