We are looking for a pleasant and professional Front Office Executive (Female) to manage our front desk and handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner Answer and direct incoming calls Handle inquiries and provide information about the company Maintain visitor records and appointments Coordinate with internal departments as needed Manage office supplies and stationery Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable Requirements: Female candidates only Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate Good communication skills in English and local language Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional appearance and positive attitude Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk executive preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
