Job Overview: The Front Office cum Office Assistant provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks including managing communications, maintaining records, and assisting with daily office functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front office management
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, both physical and digital, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings. Coordinate and manage calendars for team members as needed.
  • Office Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that all supplies are accounted for.
  • Data Entry: Enter and update data into various systems or databases accurately and promptly.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients, providing a professional and welcoming experience. Address inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating office events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail and packages.
  • General Office Maintenance: Ensure the office environment is tidy and presentable, including common areas and meeting rooms.
  • Support to Other Staff: Provide support to other administrative staff and departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or vocational training in office administration is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is advantageous but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attributes: Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with typical office equipment and noise levels.
  • Regular work hours with occasional overtime or flexible hours as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
