Candidates should bring a minimum of one year of office or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience as a receptionist or in roles such as medical or dental receptionist is highly desirable. Bilingual abilities are a valuable asset for effective communication with diverse clients and team members. Proficiency in computer literacy—including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), data entry skills, and familiarity with QuickBooks—is essential. Strong organizational skills combined with excellent phone etiquette and customer service expertise will enable success in this role. Experience with office management tools such as multi-line phone systems, calendar management software, and clerical procedures will set candidates apart.
