Front Office Associate

As a Front Office Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out experience and delivering excellent customer service. You will handle reservations, guest queries, and coordinate with other departments to provide a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage check-in, check-out, and room allocations.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of guest details, billing, and payments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requests.
• Respond to guest complaints and escalate when required.
• Ensure reception and lobby areas remain clean and organized.
• Promote hotel facilities and services to guests.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email); knowledge of hotel PMS is an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Languages Known: English (additional languages will be an advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
