Front Office Associate

We are seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist / Front Desk Associate to manage front desk at our various location.

The Front Desk Associate plays a pivotal role in providing a first impression to our clients and visitors, as well as offering additional support within the organization. The ideal candidate should be courteous, organized, and capable of handling various tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome visitors and direct them appropriately, answer calls and handle basic administrative task.
• Must have good communication skills
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Register and guide patients with regards to their appointments and queries. Maintains data by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and updating in system.
• Provide basic information about the organization and its services.
• Prepare necessary documents and invoices with regards to patients requirements.

Experience:

1 -2 year required.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
