## Job Summary:

We're seeking a friendly and efficient Front Office Associate to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling front desk operations, and ensuring a warm welcome for our guests.

## Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out procedures.

2. Manage room assignments, handle room keys, and maintain accurate records.

3. Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback.

4. Process guest payments, handle billing, and manage accounts.

5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.

6. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

## Required Skills and Experience:

1. Hospitality industry experience (front desk or similar role).

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Basic knowledge of hotel software and systems.

5. Friendly and approachable demeanor.

## Preferred Qualifications:

1. Hotel management certification or diploma.

2. Experience with hotel management software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
