Front Office Associate

You will be responsible for all front office operations at a 4-star luxury resort. Your main duties will include: - Ensuring that all guests are welcomed and accompanied according to our Standard Operating Procedures - Coordinating with other departments to pass on daily check-in information - Maintaining administrative files, petty cash, vendor statements, and vouchers - Recording guest histories, preferences, complaints, and feedback in the hotel software - Updating booking forecasts - Overseeing bookings and following up with arrivals - Updating all OTA rates and promotions Additionally, you will need to maintain good communication and relationships with guests and provide top-notch professional service.
