Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the entire Hotel. Ensure that rooms are made as per company standards. Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget. Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen, and uniforms. Organize inventories with Accounts and General Store for linen, uniform, and fixed assets. Pay particular attention while organizing pest eradication activities. Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures Prepare reports for management information. Assist the Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping. Planned, controlled, and supervised Horticultural activities. Attending and resolving guest complaints. Verification of supplies consignments. Organize on-the-job training and evaluate its effectiveness. Approval of the Functional Manual of the department. Recommend recruitment of new personnel. Keys & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in hotel housekeeping, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibility. Strong leadership and communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques. Familiarity with hotel management software and systems. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of local health and safety regulations. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹14,448.85 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
