Role Description

The Front Office Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations. Key responsibilities include managing reception desk duties, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, and addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Ranchi property.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Check-in processes
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Excellent Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle inquiries professionally
A welcoming attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with guests
Prior experience in a similar role in hospitality or a related field is an advantage
Basic computer knowledge to manage reservations and front office systems
Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment
