Job Description

Position: Front Office Executive

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in front office / reception operations

We are looking for a smart, confident, and responsible Front Office Executive (Male) who can handle all front desk operations professionally and ensure smooth guest service throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and room allocations.

Maintain guest records and update the PMS software.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.

Handle phone calls, emails, and front desk documentation.

Manage billing, cash handling, and daily reports.

Resolve guest issues politely and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Male candidate with 2–3 years experience in front reception.

Good communication skills in English & Hindi.

Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS).

Well-groomed, polite, and attentive personality.

Ability to handle guests and pressure situations calmly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
