Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in Bhopal. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing phone etiquette, handling check-ins, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves direct interaction with guests and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are a plus
