Front Office Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team at our hotel in Kakkanad. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous manner.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and bookings efficiently.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requirements.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Ensure smooth front desk operations and maintain guest records.
• Provide guests with information about the apartment facilities, local attractions, and transportation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in front office or customer service roles (hospitality experience preferred).
• Male candidates are preferred.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office.
• Professional appearance and a welcoming attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
