Front Office Assistant

As a Tele Caller/Front Desk Executive at our Real Estate firm located in Khar, Bandra West, W, Mumbai, Maharashtra, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and generating leads. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to client inquiries, promoting properties, managing the front desk, updating client information, and collaborating with various teams to achieve business objectives. Your key responsibilities will involve handling incoming calls, generating leads through outbound calls, managing the front desk to ensure a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining records through data entry, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and other teams. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in any field, with preference given to Commerce and Hospitality backgrounds. Additionally, you should have 3-6 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and colleagues, and proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools. Preferred qualifications for this position include familiarity with the real estate industry and local market trends, as well as experience in sales or business development.
