Job Location: Regional office HR, Malabar Gold and Diamonds showroom, M G Road, Ernakulam.

Gender: Female (only)

Age : Above 21

Qualification: Any Graduation

Key Responsibilities:

Update and maintain visitor data in the Visitor Management.
Telephone operations – attend calls, make calls, transfer calls, pass messages to the respective person in a professional manner.
Coordinate seating arrangements in the reception/waiting room
Assist HR team on Sourcing, onboarding & data management.
Ensure that all activities are carried out as per the Standard Operating Procedures of the company

Job Type: Full-time
