Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints with care
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and process payments
Uphold hotel policies and ensure a welcoming lobby environment

Qualifications:

Any degree / Higher Secondary school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, hotel management software)
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
