Responsibilities

warmly receive and assist guests and visitors.
Handle clients, architects and inquiries (in person, phone, or email).
Maintain accurate Clients / Architects records and billing details.

Co-ordinate with the marketing team and maintain the data for the same.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure office is clean.
Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints politely and efficiently.
Ensure the reception area is always neat, welcoming, and presentable.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum PUC/+2 or Graduate degree
Experience: 1–2 years in front desk, hospitality, or customer service (freshers with good communication may also apply).
Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (additional languages like Telugu/Tamil a plus).
Skills:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & Basic Internet)
Pleasant personality with a service-oriented attitude.
Should be disciplined, punctual, and aligned with office Environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
