Front Office Assistant

You are a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. Your role involves conducting in-depth research and analysis on various projects across different industries. You will collect data from primary and secondary sources, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and prepare research reports, presentations, and summaries for stakeholders. Collaborating with teams to understand project objectives and research requirements is essential. You must ensure the accuracy and credibility of research findings by cross-checking multiple sources. Staying updated with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies relevant to the project is crucial. Providing recommendations based on research findings to support business strategies and decision-making is a key aspect of your role. You should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field. Proven experience as a Research Analyst or in a similar research-based role is required. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, Python, or other statistical software is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to synthesize complex information, are necessary. Preferred skills include experience in market research, financial analysis, or policy research, knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, familiarity with survey design and methodologies, and strong organizational and time management skills.
