Hotel Aananda wellness and resorts, located at Nidle Dharmasthala offering an inventory of 42 guest rooms along with Wellness centre, banquet facility and dining options serving Indian , Italian , Chinese and continental cuisines is looking for Front office Assistance / Associate

Job Description

Prime Function:

• Responsible for daily administration, meeting and greeting visitors, dealing with guest queries and complaints
• Maintain high standards of guest service at the Reception desk .

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
• Process payments and maintain financial records
• Maintain front office area in a clean and organized manner
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Should have any degree, diploma or equivalent
• Excellent guest service skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office ,Word , Excel

Language:

• Kannada
• English / Hindi / Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
