Trainee Receptionist

Role Overview

As a Trainee Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our resort, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. This role offers hands-on training in front desk operations, guest communication, and hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Assist with check-in/check-out procedures using our booking system
• Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and readiness
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requests
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
• Learn and follow resort policies, safety protocols, and service standards

• Friendly, courteous, and well-groomed demeanor
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, booking software)
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to handle guest concerns with patience and professionalism

Qualifications

• Minimum: SSLC or PUC (12th standard)
• Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Freshers welcome—training will be provided
