Job Description

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous manner
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and check-in/check-out processes
Handle phone calls and enquiries and provide information about hospital services
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with hospital policies
Coordinate with medical and nursing staff to support patient care
Provide guidance to the patients for therapies after consultation and assessment.
Prepare and issue patient invoices accurately and on time
Collect payments, maintain receipts, and reconcile daily transactions
Generate billing reports and assist in audits as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
