Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Line Sales Representative located in Shillong. The Front Line Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, prospecting potential customers, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining relationships with clients. The representative will also participate in training sessions to stay updated with the company's products and services.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
• Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the health insurance industry will be a plus
