We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with partner Bank officials (Union Bank & Bank of India) at the branch level. The role involves promoting insurance products, achieving sales targets, and enhancing the brand image within the assigned cluster of branches. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed new business and renewal targets through partner bank branches. Provide sales and service support, including documentation, medical examinations, and proposal scrutiny to ensure quick policy issuance. Facilitate renewal premium collections and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain records of daily activities, leads, and participation in promotional activities like branch meetings. Promote SUDs brand and products consistently. Implement brand-building initiatives and foster excellent relationships with bank personnel. Organize exhibitions, customer meets, and cluster events in coordination with supervisors. Submit daily MIS reports on performance metrics.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Any Graduate or Postgraduate. Proficiency in local language and working knowledge of English. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. Experience in Life Insurance, Banking, Loans, Mutual Funds, or related financial sectors.
