By proper planning and execution of machines and man power allocation, achieve targeted production from inhouse sampling. For that need focused planning and control of sample m/c facility like single end sizing m/c, single end warping m/c, Sulzer weaving loom.
Maintece of m/c
Make sure of timely preventive maintece to avoid m/c break down running problem
To do sample outsource
To plan and follow up with the outside weavers and Supply chain department to get the required quantity and quality samples on time
To follow up with the other related departments to make and dispatch the samples
To follow up with yarn Go down, yarn dyeing, finishing, warehouse to make and dispatch the required samples in time
