As a Sales Reports Department member, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales executives in the life insurance sector. Your primary objectives will include driving business growth, coaching team members, and ensuring strict adherence to policies and customer service standards. A sound knowledge of life insurance products and direct channel sales processes is essential for this role.
