Job Title: Front Office Receptionist Location: A-42, Sector-64, Noida- 201301 Department: Administration Reports To: HR Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services Coordinate with various departments for meetings, appointments, and visitor management Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining meeting room calendars Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Ensure compliance with security protocols for visitors and staff Support the HR and Admin team with clerical tasks as required
