Role Overview

We’re looking for a Front-End Flutter Developer who will help us build an intuitive, scalable, and secure citizen-facing mobile application. You will be working closely with our product and design team to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality Flutter code and ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional, user-friendly interfaces.
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and data services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart.
• Strong understanding of front-end principles and mobile UI/UX best practices.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries.
• Knowledge of Git and version control.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Experience with offline-first apps, state management (Bloc/Provider/Riverpod), or integrating authentication (Aadhaar/MPIN/OTP).
