You will be working in an agile team comprising the marketing team, UX/VD members, and senior leadership where decisions are made collaboratively. You will be working on a rebranding project with a fixed but achievable deadline.

The Role

We are seeking a Front-End Engineer to uplift our web pages to align with new branding guidelines, representing a significant change for the business. As part of the process, you will be building out a Design System.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using CSS, HTML, and Vue.js, ensuring code quality, performance, and security.

Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance architecture and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.

Optimize application performance, troubleshoot and debug issues, and conduct thorough testing to ensure smooth functionality.

What Do I Need to Be Successful

Technical and Interpersonal

Passionate about web development and enjoy creating amazing customer experiences.

Work in a structured, logical way and avoid jumping into new tech without fully understanding it.

Experience building applications used by a large number of external users and handling associated challenges.

Familiarity with working in an Agile Scrum environment.

Bonus: Open source contributions, blogging, or participation in meetups.

The Technical Stuff

Must-Have

Vue.js

Strong understanding of client-side technologies (JavaScript/ECMAScript, CSS).

CSS3 (SASS/LESS), HTML5.

Testing frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).
