Front-End Developer (3+ Years Experience)

Location: Gurgaon
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Front-End Developer with a strong interest in Generative AI and hands-on experience building modern, production-grade LLM-powered applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with our AI engineering team to create advanced solutions including RAG systems, conversational bots, and agentic AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy LLM-based applications using Python and Azure OpenAI Services.
• Build RAG pipelines using Azure Cognitive Search, Pinecone, FAISS, or other vector databases.
• Develop AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Use advanced prompting strategies such as:
• Chain-of-Thought (CoT)
• Tree-of-Thoughts (ToT)
• ReAct, Self-Consistency, Toolformer methods
• Implement reasoning strategies for multi-step, complex problem-solving.
• Design and orchestrate agentic AI workflows integrating APIs and business logic.
• Deploy scalable AI services using Azure Functions, Docker, and serverless architectures.
• Monitor and optimize LLM performance, latency, and reliability.

Must-Have Skills

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong experience integrating Azure OpenAI (GPT models) into applications.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, embeddings, RAG, vector search.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Strong skills in structured prompting & LLM reasoning.
• API integration and cloud resource management experience.
• Proficiency with Azure Functions, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
