Front End Developer

We are seeking a talented and passionate Front-End Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining user-facing applications and features using modern technologies. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the front-end ecosystem and a solid track record of developing scalable and responsive web applications.

• Develop and maintain high-quality, performant, and responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into clean, functional code.
• Implement and manage styling using Tailwind CSS to ensure a consistent and modern user experience.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles, including hooks, context, and state management.
• Experience with Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API routes.
• Expertise in Tailwind CSS and its utility-first approach to styling.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• A solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with other state management libraries like Redux or Zustand.
• Knowledge of GraphQL or RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Experience with UI component libraries (e.g., MUI, Ant Design).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
