As a senior member of the engineering team, you will collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager, Product Managers, and Designers to drive technical decisions and deliver products that delight our users.
• Translate business and design requirements into high-quality, scalable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Design, DevOps) to deliver features end-to-end.
• Optimize performance for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend/mobile trends, tools, and frameworks to improve team efficiency.
• Work closely with the Engineering Manager to provide estimates, identify risks, and plan releases.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Startup or SaaS-based industry experience is preferred
