Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)11. Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers12. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs13. Manage housekeeping staff and maintaing inventory of pantryRoles 1. Handle customer enquires - Phone, email, google business,WhatsApp2. Stationary Management - Corporate Profiles, websites3. Manage logistic for any event conducted by organization
