Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Front Desk Sales Executive to manage front desk operations and drive sales. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, and converting walk-in inquiries into successful sales.

Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and attend walk-in customers at the front desk
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
Explain features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly
Convert inquiries into sales and achieve daily/monthly targets
Maintain a professional and presentable front desk area
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling
Handle basic billing, documentation, and customer records
Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience

Eligibility & Qualifications

Graduation is mandatory (any stream)
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented and customer-focused attitude
Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor
Comfortable working in a front-desk, customer-facing role

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in front desk sales, retail sales, or customer handling (preferred, not mandatory)
Ability to handle multiple customers efficiently
Basic knowledge of sales processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
