Key Responsibilities: Manage trading platforms, including BoD (Beginning of Day) and EoD (End of Day) operations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. Coordinate with stock exchanges and regulatory bodies for operational and compliance requirements. Support statutory, system, and cyber audits with relevant documentation and system inputs. Perform routine IT tasks: daily reporting, backup management, infra health monitoring, and end-user technical support. Plan and apply system patches, updates, and performance tuning. Coordinate with colocation data centre providers for infrastructure issues and maintenance. Technical Skills: Experience in managing trading platforms and IT infrastructure in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations, coordinating with exchanges and vendors, supporting audits, and maintaining high availability of services. Proficient in deployment and administration of Windows and Linux servers. Good knowledge of networking concepts including IP configuration, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, etc. Strong troubleshooting ability on server-related issues (Windows/Linux). Experience with data centre or colocation services uptime management, access coordination, and maintenance.
