Job Title: Front Desk Sales Agent

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Six-day week with one weekday off

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Front Desk Sales Agents to be the face of our gym within a gated community. The role involves reporting to the Sales Head, managing front desk activities, driving sales and renewals, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all gym members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome members and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
• Handle sales inquiries, provide information about gym memberships and services, and close sales.
• Reach out to potential leads for sales and renewals.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and track attendance of gym members and trainers
• Handle incoming calls and manage communication via emails and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the Sales Head / Gym In-Charge and operations team to ensure smooth functioning of gym activities.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events and activities within the gym.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
• Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A young, friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Previous experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and office management software.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• An interest in fitness and wellness is a plus.

Compensation:

• Basic Pay: INR 25,000/-
• Incentive #1: INR 5,000/- after achieving level 1 sales targets in a given calendar month.
• Incentive #2: INR 10,000/- after achieving level 2 sales target in a given calendar month.
• Incentive #3: 2% of any sales amount achieved in excess of level 2 in a given calendar month.
• Sales Target Levels will be mutually decided during the onboarding.
• Note - All sales target values are excluding GST.
