Job Title: Front Desk Sales Agent Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: Six-day week with one weekday off About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Front Desk Sales Agents to be the face of our gym within a gated community. The role involves reporting to the Sales Head, managing front desk activities, driving sales and renewals, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all gym members and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome members and visitors in a warm and friendly manner. Handle sales inquiries, provide information about gym memberships and services, and close sales. Reach out to potential leads for sales and renewals. Manage check-ins, check-outs, and track attendance of gym members and trainers Handle incoming calls and manage communication via emails and other platforms. Collaborate with the Sales Head / Gym In-Charge and operations team to ensure smooth functioning of gym activities. Assist in organizing and promoting events and activities within the gym. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and customer experience. Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints professionally. The role requires a blend of strong sales acumen , administrative efficiency , and people management , with flexibility in working hours and location. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Administration Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the fitness center. Coordinate with trainers, housekeeping, and front desk to ensure smooth functioning. Maintain cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and facility readiness. Sales & Target Achievement Drive walk-in conversions, renewals, and personal training sales. Follow up with leads, maintain sales pipelines, and meet monthly targets. Collaborate with marketing for local campaigns and promotions. Team Coordination Supervise front office, support staff, and training schedules. Ensure timely attendance, discipline, and performance tracking. Conduct team meetings and staff motivation activities. Member Engagement & Service Handle walk-ins, demo session coordination, and membership onboarding. Address client concerns, feedback, and ensure high retention and satisfaction. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations or center management, preferably in the fitness/gym, wellness, retail, or hospitality sector. Strong background in sales , people handling , and customer-facing roles . Willingness to work in split shifts and on rotational week-offs . Must be flexible with location (should be able to work at any Fitmap center as assigned).
