Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist, located in Gurugram. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, managing reception duties, handling clerical tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with Visitors and staff, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Salary Range

• 20k - 35k Per Month.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Minimum 1 Year Experience with Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
• Proficient in Clerical Skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
• Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is beneficial
