As an EPABX/KEY Telephone System Operator, your role involves handling telephone systems, greeting visitors warmly, and maintaining various registers for incoming and outgoing materials and staff. You will be responsible for monitoring staff attendance, keeping accurate records of leaves, and coordinating with HR. Additionally, you will welcome guests courteously, manage consumables like tea and coffee, oversee stationery supplies, and process vendor bills for office items. Ensuring office cleanliness and hygiene is also a part of your responsibilities. Proficiency in computer skills, specifically in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel, is required for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Handle EPABX/KEY Telephone System and attend to visitors with a friendly attitude - Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials and staff - Monitor staff attendance and keep track of leave records - Welcome guests with courtesy and provide assistance as needed - Manage consumables like tea, coffee, etc., and maintain inventory control - Oversee stationery supplies and ensure availability of necessary items - Process vendor bills for selected office items - Ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene standards in the office - Utilize computer skills for tasks related to MS Office, Word, and Excel Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in operating EPABX/KEY Telephone System - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Basic computer knowledge, specifically in MS Office applications - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities effectively The company offers benefits such as leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
